The TRIS company has extensive experience in manufacturing of non-standard metal structures. One of the related areas of work is the manufacturing of large-sized carbon steel containers and vessels of intricate shapes.
The specifics of operation of the TRIS company involves constant work on one-of-a-kind orders associated with mastering new materials, technologies, techniques, and mechanisms. Such operation procedures allow our company to perform any tasks related to manufacturing of steel vessels and reservoirs (regardless of the required size and intricacy of shape) in the course of regular work.

Distinctive manufacturing capabilities of the TRIS company:
- A roll-bending line equipped with modern foreign-manufactured rolls. The operators of the roll-bending machine are able to perform bending of the sidewalls and shells of any thickness and length. The presence of such a line allows significant increase in quality and simultaneous decrease in time of manufacturing of cylindrical parts of tanks, reservoirs, and other types of vessels.
- A welding and assembly line equipped with modern semi-automatic devices, driving roller devices, and multi-functional roller devices manufactured in European countries. This line allows ensuring the highest quality of weld penetration at the most hard-to-reach areas and thus significantly increasing the overall quality of welding.
- Use of ESAB, high-quality welding materials manufactured in Europe. This allows minimizing the risk appearance of pockets and other defects of the welding seam caused by the low quality of welding materials. Use of such materials increases the quality of welding and prevents the possible necessity of re-welding, which is especially important when working on orders with strict time constraints (critical orders).
- A work collective with vast experience in manufacturing of complex metal structures. Key production workers of the company have many years of work experience in a subsidiary of BAUER Maschinen GmbH, a leading German business. These employees have also undergone several job trainings abroad. This amount of experience allows us to constantly improve the quality of manufactured products and maintain compliance with international production standards.

Our company has the capabilities necessary to manufacture the following types of products:
- Carbon steel vessels and reservoirs of any size (including ultrasound inspection and liquid penetrant testing of weld seams).
- Steel pressure vessels
- Horizontal and vertical holding tanks
- Supply of sheets of materials to be used in assembly of the vessel body at the Customer's delivery point by the Customer's own workforce (Reservoirs and vessels assembled using the sheet-by-sheet method)
- Metal structures for autoclaves
- Metal structures used in independent production of vessels and reservoirs (shell ring pipes, various conical heads)
- Manufacturing of repair kits for vertical and horizontal vessels and reservoirs
- Manufacturing of silos (batching mechanisms/parts of production lines) for cement, gypsum, chalk, broken glass, and other powders and abrasive media. Unloading mechanisms with original wear and tear protection included
- Manufacturing of vessels and reservoirs with elliptic, torispherical, conical, and other heads. No limitations are imposed on wall thickness and the intricacy of shape of the reservoir.
- Vessels and reservoirs of any size intended for preparation and storage of bentonite, including assembly units (subassemblages) used in assembly at the Customer's delivery point by the Customer's own workforce
- Comprehensive heat treatment (tempering and abatement) of the reservoir (the size is to be preliminarily coordinated and approved)
